Speck Ham Wrapped Jack Cheese Stuffed Medjool Dates

Ingredients

1 doz Medjool Dates, pitted

3 slices Speck Ham or Proscuitto thin sliced

3 oz Dry Aged Jack Cheese

EVO

Skewers/toothpicks

Instructions

Cut a slit in one side of the pitted date lengthwise. Trim the cheese into pieces 1 ½” x ½ ” and place inside the date. Slice the sheet of prosciutto into quarters, wrap these strips around to seal and skewer with a toothpick to hold in place. Brush lightly with extra virgin olive oil then bake in a 375f oven for 8 minutes until browned.
