2018 Dollarhide Estate Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc - $35 (SRP)

In the glass, the wine presents with vibrant yellow and green hues. Intense aromas of pink grapefruit and kiwi are met with a hint of pear and anise, balanced with seductive toasted oak char. Rich flavors of kiwi, lime and grapefruit zest on the palate combine while the toasted qualities of the barrel maturation have encouraged a full, rich mouthfeel with a subtle creaminess from sur-lie maturation.

2018 Napa Valley Estate Virtú - $30 (SRP)

Brilliant pale yellow hues present this white blend. Aromas offer notes of pink grapefruit, lemon butter, and kiwi with an undercurrent of seductive toasted French oak. Flavors of kumquat, lemongrass, grapefruit zest, and dried peaches are focused and encouraged with the hint of creamy, toasted oak.

2015 Rutherford Estate Vineyard Merlot - $50 (SRP)

Deep shades of reds and purples present in this single vineyard Merlot. Aromas of rich ripe blackberry with subtle notes of currant, anise and charred oak combine with just a hint of graphite. Flavors of black plum and dark mocha, couple with subtle raspberry, espresso and toasted vanillin barrel. This is a wine of fine texture, terrific length and structure.

2015 Dollarhide Elevation - $85 (SRP)

This Cabernet Sauvignon presents with deep dark shades of reds and purples. Aromas of black currant and black plum leap from the glass and are joined by notes of anise, white pepper and cocoa. Flavors of black plum and cassis follow with toasted oak, a subtle hint of vanillin and espresso. This wine has brooding flavors, tremendous length, a fine texture and incredible structure.
