At 2pm, Emma chats with Terence Mulligan, President & CEO of Napa Valley Community Foundation, to learn how it has distributed more than $25 million to assist those affected by disasters in Napa Valley. The most recent fires are the 4th natural disaster that this region has faced in the past handful of years.
At 4pm, Emma chats with Peg Maddocks, the Executive Director of NapaLearns. In response to COVID, NapaLearns launched its Virtual Career Academy to provide industry-recognized certifications to Napa County residents of high school age and up who want to transition to in-demand careers.
