Channel your inner chef with a tasting journey of six iGourmet inspired dishes paired with St. Supery Estate wines. From gourmet flatbreads and grilling favorites to truffled pasta, this series will inspire confidence in the kitchen and provide a new delicious meal each week.

Each Thursday afternoon at 3:00 PT and 5:30 PT, from June 25 through July 30, St. Supéry Estate Chef Tod Kawachi will demonstrate his preparation for each dish, sharing culinary tips and pairing suggestions along the way. Don’t miss this fun, interactive virtual tasting series in a
dynamic 40-minute format.


A specially priced eight-bottle kit that includes one bottle of each wine featured in the weekly tastings! Purchases of each tasting kit will include a registration link to join the interactive tasting forum.

On Thursday's virtual tasting, Chef Tod took advantage of a whole Ōra King salmon to make fabulous dishes that are perfect for entertaining at home. Hopefully you are inspired to create the Sizzled Salmon Sashimi or his other recommended uses for the sustainably farmed fish - a grilled salmon collar and canapes with a simple cucumber round, salmon tartare and roe on top.

Every Thursday afternoon on IG Live (3pm and 5:30pm PT) we have another virtual tasting with great inpiration for entertaining. Next week, Chef will make braised shortribs and a special guest will show how to make an Insta-worthy cheese platter. Please join in. 🙌
