Guests are welcome seven days a week by appointment. The winery welcomes walk-in guests Monday – Thursday, based on availability. Reservations are required Friday – Sunday, and for all wine & food pairings. A 15% service charge will be applied to your tasting fee. Vineyard side pick up offered daily. Summer Wine Flight | $46

Taste through a selection of four 100% estate grown white wines that each have their own unique characteristics defined by their wine making style from 100% stainless steel fermentation to a combination of concrete and French oak. Included are two Sauvignon Blancs, Rosé and Muscat Canelli.

Aromatherapy With a Corkscrew | $85

Awaken your senses with an intimate and interactive aroma-focused tasting experience. Learn why sight, smell, taste and language are all important in identifying and describing what you love about wine. We give you the tools to put words to aromas, catalogue and describe scents and tastes. Find those sensory memory moments and put them in your wine memory bank; an aroma rolodex to keep. This wine tasting includes four St. Supéry Estate wines.

Taste of the Estate, Wine & Food Pairing | $145

Enjoy a seated tasting of four estate wines each paired with a seasonally inspired dish focused on farm-to-table produce from our Estate Culinary Garden and Dollarhide Estate Ranch. Guests will be invited to a communal Chef’s Table to gain insight into the winery’s sustainable winemaking practices, pairing techniques, and more. Please allow 90 minutes for this immersive, convivial wine and food experience.

Ampelography Master Class (Available Seasonally)

In this one-of-a-kind experience developed with world-renowned viticulturist, Lucie Morton, you will learn how to identify individual grape varieties by the distinctive attributes of their leaves.
